Contract request - pathetic service

<p>I took my phone to Samsung for a screen replacement and they requested a copy of my contract before they begin with repairs. I contacted Vodacom to get a copy of the contract, only to be told this would take at least 7 days!!!!<br />This a contract I am paying (ALOT) for every month - the least they can do is provide a copy of the paperwork on request.<br />Team leader at customer servicee was zero help - thanks for nothing SIMPHOWE ZULU!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Another reason to cancel this useless contract!!!!</p>
