CONTRACT REJECTED

I tried taking a iphone on contract at my local store, my credit score is 630 and earn a decent income but my contract was rejected with conditions saying i must pay cash for the phone, and the only reason why credit score went down is because someone once *****ulently used my identity to take a phone on contract with voodacom. And now i cant get a phone from them at all.
