Contract refund

I took out a contract with Vodacom on the 01-January 2026, a Samsung A36, Red core 50 min, 1GB for R299pm.The handset was delivered the 8-1-2026 it was not what I wanted so I call immediately and let them know.and the consultant asked if I wanted to cancel the deal I said yes she arranged for the courier to collect it. I asked if I would be debited she said "NO" The 11 January 2026 the courier collected the handset, the 13 January 2026 R284-14 was debited from my bank account.i called the following day, 14 January 2026 , *** spoke to Khgomotso and explained what happened and was told I would be refunded within 3 to 5 working days.I waited and didn't get my refund.I called back again 21 January 2026 and I spoke to Dimpo who hung up on me.I call again, spoke to Sipho he told me the money was paid into my Vodacom account and not my "bank" account I asked to speak to a manager (Keke )who said it would be resolved again within 3 to 5 working days and I still don't have my refund.
