Contract Query

Good Day, I ordered a phone last month, was promised specs on the phone that the phone doesn't have and paid a ridiculous amount which was also not agreed upon. I sent an email a week ago was promised to be contacted by a senior consultant within 48 hours and a week has passed and still I haven't been contacted. Please can I be contacted urgently with regards to this matter. I am highly disappointed
