Contract purchases are the worst vodacom

I am so dispointed with vodacom i got into a contract with them last year and got a lenovo laptop with a router. A year has not gotten by and the laptop is not functional. I can thier number i was advised to go to the nearest voda shop. When to sunypark mall they said i must to vodacom repairs i go there they say they cant help me and gave me a number to call. I call that number they say they dnt do lenovo repairs and gave a number to call and i did that they say there are in sandton to collect they will charge 400 and some change. Gosh i am being passed frm one person to another but when they wntd me as a customer this kind of treatment was not there. Mind u this laptop is still under warranty and i hardly use it but it is broken wow vodacom ungihlukumezile not being the first time when i bough a fone frm them they delivered the wrong sim card i had to replace it myself cz akere bona they have delivered i was a customer hai mani these people bawrong
