Contract price needs to be honored throughout period...NOT WITH VODACOM
Renewed contract with Vodacom last year fir 24 months, now every month there is an increase in price and no notification or justification.

Thank you for your reply, highlighting point nr 44 states that Vodacom reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and where such change is, as well as copy thereof. Note this was in Nov 2023 and we are in June 2024, 2 increases in 6 months.
Though I received ticket closed sms, kindly note I am very disappointed, as this is not justified.
