Contract Price increase

Ok so when referring to all the complaints you already received on this site in this regard and the delay in response provided by yourself it is clear that you are sitting with a mass complaint situation on your hands. Also received the sms that my contract price will increase with R10 as of May (received the sms yesterday so received 2 days notice). <br> I have read responses ect as well and customers are being referred to paragraph 6.1 of their contracts. My question: I upgraded 2 of my contracts a month ago. My credit rating only allowed me to take cheaper contracts, no more than R200 per month contracts. Now you have increased my contract price to R210.... How on earth does this work? So are you allowed to break the Law when it suits you only? Think about it. You have millions of customers and every customer pays you R10 more now.... Sounds like a money making scheme. <br> I DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A CONTRACT ABOVE R200 MONTHLY (this was your words) so please enlighten me...... Did my credit rating change in 20 days?????<br>
