Who gave Vodacom the right to just increase my monthly contract premium? Due to economical difficulties, inflation and interest rates. I agreed on a specific monthly premium. This is the first time I have experienced by a SP to just increased your premium. We have a agreement and nothing stated that the premium can be increased due to some economical difficulties! I will report this to the ombudsman! *****s this Vodacom. I am so disappointed in them. Not to talk about the poor data signals!
