Contract phone that ended still shows as I’m missing payments at the credit beaure

If there is an option for zero I would rate it at zero , had a contract that I finished paying long time ago . Still today shows as outstanding on my credit check . I even went to Midrand they sent a letter to my mail but at the credit Beaure still appears that I’m missing payments . I’m so disappointed
