Contract Phone stops working
Purchased a contract iPhone 15 ProMax and it switched off and stays on apple logo sign. I am outside of the country for work without a functioning phone and Apple support is not basically dead. Local authorised support are unwilling to assist although still in warranty and are charging me a fortune. WORSE EXPERIENCE. My contract is ongoing but i think i should cancel becuase i am not getting any support from Apple nor Vodacom after reaching out several times
