Contract phone sales

I am still waiting for the reply from Langa for the complaint I logged,the last time we spoke he said he will cancel the contract on the number that he activated it on and connect me on the agreed upon number and that would take 7 days, I have been calling to inquire about the progress and the person who answered the first time said Langa is still with a client and will call me later after 2 hours I still didn't get the call when I call they don't answer the phone anymore.
