Contract phone opened *****ulent.

My name is Matshidiso, I am unhappy customer. Recently I have been receiving message on my phone that if I don't make payment on my vodacom account, they will close my phone. I never had contract phone with vodacom, I use prepaid. On the 03 I visited Maponya vodacom shop to have clarity about what's going on, they assisted me but I was not happy with the outcome because they are not allowed to tell. They just told me contract was opened this year on June, they advised me to do affidavit and they said they gonna send it to their ***** department.
