Contract Phone line disconnected

<p>I had a contract phone with vodacom and the line got suspended last month they contacted me asking if i want to carry on with the contract i said since the contract has ended i would like to be on prepaid with that number. Today i go to savanah mall polokwane to be told that the line is in archive and they won't reopen and give it to me. Am i being punished for refusing for the line to be on contract. The service of Vodacom is detoriating every single day,</p>
