Contract phone

I purchased on line. Nd i said to the consultant several times tht i want to keep my number the only thing they need to do is to convert it to contract. Guess what boom they giv me a new number. M so ****ed off cos i wanted to use the phone the following day. Now i hav to wait for 7 to 14 days b4 they can collect.

I needed a new phone so badly to use.
