Contract phone

<p>I've never experienced such a bad thing in my life, i bought a contract phone in August 2016 now all of a sudden the phone goes blank,i go to the Vodacom shop for repairs as I do believe that it has a 1 year warranty, they tell me its a physical damage, what puzzles me is that it had the screen protector but surely if it fell it could have damaged it first then the normal screen,the phone cracked from the inside and doesn't show any physical damage outside,so whats going to happen to the phone,am I gonna continue paying for something I don't even use or are you guys going to replace or fix it? i am very irate and disappointed with Vodacom as ive been a loyal customer, i dont need the phone anymore i just want them to cancel the contract</p>
