Contract period is over - just close out the contract

I had taken out a Vodacom contract more than two years ago, it was only activated last year, I have been trying to get someone from Vodacom to sort this contract out however to date I am given reference numbers of queries logged but nothing has been resolved. All I want is to leave this Gupta owed company as this contracted should be terminated !!!!!
