Contract overcharged.

I had a contract with Vodacom which has ended last year December and I have paid the notice payment in January where I spoke to Lorra Naidoo and said that after this payment they will cancel my contract. Vodacom hasn’t cancelled my contract till to date, I spoke to Zintle Sabisa for cancellation however she didn’t assist but instead told me to call their billing department. They’ve also put me under debt reviewers for whichever reasons(I don’t know!). So much incompetence from them!!
