CONTRACT OPENDED **********LY

I had reported to vodacom that somebody had used my details to open a cellphone contract after noticing a debit order on my account, i was then asked to report the matter to the police to obtain a case and ref #- which i did. i faxed all proof of the bank statement as well requesting for my refund. It is 3 months now and it seems no-one is taking the matter into account, hence i was debited again last month but i was just in time to reverse it. It is HELL to get through their contact centre or even find the relevant person to assist me, i have tried numerous times to get somebody to give me feedback with no luck. i have ran out of options.
