Contract not terminated

In year 2020 November I purchased 2 laptops with routers online on a 24 month contract. The contract was suppose to be terminated last year but I'm still paying up to now. I tried to call customer care services but the lines are just quiet, not ringing. On 27/02/2023, I wrote an email to *** and the reply was that I should call them using these numbers that are not warking.This is frustrating me a lot because I'm just paying for the expired contract.
