Contract not matching sales discussion

PLEASE do not take out contracts with tele sales consultants as what they promise over the phone is not what you will receive in the end. I have been trying to get this sorted out since 2nd May and am no where closer to resolving this with Vodacom. I have called them so many times and each time they refer you to a different department. In all this time only once did someone from Vodacom call me back saying the issue has been found in my favour and has been rectified but it wasn’t. I am SO frustrated and utterly disgusted with their appalling service!
