Contract not crediting data and airtime

I went to the four ways Vodacom store to take out an additional contract and to receive an update on my previous complaint.

my first complaint was as follows
I took out a contract in March 2016, however, the sales person failed to inform me that once he assigned a number to the contract (as I had an existing contract and failed to mentioned I was due for an upgrade) the number could not be updated. So I have a contract, I pay for the data and minutes but for the past year, I have not used any of it due to a salesperson assigning a number that does not belong to me. I have called the support center and spoken to the highest person available, he told me to go to the store and ask the store to speak to the trade partner. I have done this, I, however, have not received feedback on my issue. When I took out an additional contract beginning of April 2017, there was someone there from the Vodacom HEADOFFICE. I explained the situation, he said to get the contract and after your done let me see what I can do, he even told the guy who sold me the contract he wanted to see what was happening on my account. I took the contract out, but Vodacom guy stepped out and never returned. So, I have an ongoing issue that no one seems to want to take responsibility for.

My Second issue:
My contract that I took out early April of 2017 is supposed to get air time and 10GB of data for 3 months, we are now on the 10th and the account in question has not received the data nor the minutes. I phoned the store, the agent informed me he would sort it out and would contact me once it was sorted. No feedback and no data or airtime that I should be getting for the contract I took out.

Now Vodacom. having an existing issue, I stupidly took out a new contract with you, you are not cheap and your competitors sell better offers. why is a loyal customer having so many issues?

I require help in resolving this, I am losing patience and confidence in a company that is supposedly the best.

Regards,

Gabriela
