Contract not cancelled on my data card

I used to be a loyal Vodacom customer. I moved my contract years ago and cancelled everything with Vodacom. I recently discovered on my credit bureau that there is still after all these years a Vodacom debit order of R220 going off my account. I enquired and was informed that it was for a data card. I have not had this data card for many years now. When I asked the person at the Vodacom call centre I was informed that it was clear as daylight that the contract was used ages ago for the last time. Why was this contract not cancelled??? Could no-one pick up that there is a contract with no activity or are you just *****ing money??? I was also sent from pillar to post and from one department to another without any success. I considered moving back to Vodacom as I am a very successful business woman and was impressed with the coverage of your network but I am now contemplating if I want to continue into a business relationship with a company of such ********* behaviour.
