Contract not cancelled, no call back, can not buy data

Vodacom was contacted on 28/02/2017 to cancel my contract that expires end of March 2017. There was 2 contracts cancelled with this call. 1st April came and contract was still active. Phoned Vodacom again on 4 April to enquire they say they have no record of the call. I requested the call recording as I did speak to someone at vodacom. Tshidi from the call centre said she would phone back within 72hrs with the recordings she also said she will cancel the contracts. Untill the 21/04/2017 no call from Vodacom. Called them again and spoke to Maditaba today at first they could not find a record of the cancellation, later they did find it. Also on the previous call there was no record of asking for the call recordings. Now you are forcing to pay a contract I can not afford because your admin is terrible. I can not buy airtime or data as I am still on a contract and not prepaid. So I tried to buy data on several occations from the app so yesterday I started recording this. I first tried to buy 1gb for 7 days, I have proof. No data received after getting a confirmation message, then I tried to buy 1gb for 30 days also received confirmation message on app and an email confirming the purchase still did not receive the data it is no 21 hours later. I did not try with *111# as I will not get double my data as per your ad for the 30 day one as it is only on the app. The deals on the Just4U on *111# is not the same as the app and I can not afford it. If the app does not work get your developers to fix it or take it down. After this month I am sure cancelling with vodacom is the best. I have a data contract with FNB R99 gets me 2GB of data and never issues. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP. My next step is ICASA and a Ombudsman. This is now getting out of hand.
