Contract not Cancelled Correctly

My cellphone account was taken over by my company as of 01 October 2016. My last debit order went off end September accordingly. On 01/11/2016 I get another bill from them for October and November and they take nearly R 2000 off on debit order at the end of the month. I then get a call beginning of January saying that my contract will be cancelled and I owe Vodacom over R 3000. I then investigate that I have been billed and the company since October - so then I call Vodacom. Over an hour - talking to 7 different people, being put on hold and then back to the main menu - one agent confirms he can see that the account is has been double billed and my debit order was meant to stop. He then puts me through to the legal department - their system is offline I must call back. Again go through 2 people who claim to put me on hold and then I loose it. I ask for a supervisor. She then tells me its not with the legal department who must cancel the account - its with cancellations. So she must log a query and it will take 7 to 14 days to come to a conclusion. I will continue putting a stop to the debit orders on my personal account as my company has paid everything up to date and then should Vodacom put a bad credit rating or blacklist on me I will sue. A bunch of *********** people - that call themselves service providers.
