Contract not cancelled by vodacom
Vodacom continues to befool me. The couriers didn’t come to pick up the laptop & router on the 12 August 2020 as I was told. I was intentional misinformed into taking an additional contract, it has been more than a week now after reporting & getting empty promises of cancellation of additional contract. I'm still billed at R812 per month, instead of R399.
