Contract not cancelked by Vodaco.

Vodaco. service poor and company dishonest. Have followed all procedures to cancel contract since last year. after 4 months still no joy despite various promises from vodacom to resolve this matter and pay me back re money deducted over several months. I do not know who is really working there since absolutely nothing is done. They just want to sell new contracts to you or change exiting ones. Extremely bad service.
