CONTRACT NOT CANCELED

I returned a new contract phone that was 2 days old for a cancelation, but the guy insisted I take a exchange I refused and ram couriers collected the phone and took it back, and a week later ram bring another phone which I said I don't want it as I canceled the contract and now they trying to cancel my other 3 contract phones with vodacom instead of the one that I actually canceled

I returned the phone on the 14th of April 2022 and it's still on my name I need this resolved ASAP!!! I'm tired of calling after sales and customer care
