Contract no longer exists without my knowlegde
I am very disgusted with Vodacom as I've been paying 559 a month on a contract I took out in May. According to vodacom the package that I took out no longer exists and they are charging me R828 for something I never agreed upon!! I am highly upset now they saying There is a package similar to what I use to pay but They already billed me R828 for the month of October 2021!!!
