Contract miscommunication
I've been a paying vodacom customer for more than 20 years. I have recently renewed my contract and agreed to a certain amount. A few weeks later I receive another call from a vodacom representative confirming a different amount to that I have agreed to earlier. I am now trying to cancel the contract with no luck.
Please assist.
