CONTRACT MATTER
In 2019 I took a phone on contract with Vodacom...I paid it off in 2020...and I received a declaration letter that my debt has been paid off...And now we're in 2024,I check my debt review only to find that I'm still owing Vodacom...these cell phone companies like to **** people for their own benefits...now I can't get anything on credit because of this, they're not even making me aware of the situation...I'm very disappointed in VODACOM...they should be ashamed of themselves...
