Contract loaded incorrectly

<p>In April I upgraded a data contract via Vodacom direct. I selected a 10gig open 24 month open contract at a reduced rate of R299 per month and double the data between midnight and five am( 20gig).</p> <p> </p> <p>One 1 May when it kicked in I noticed that the data did not relfect correctly, only 10 gig by day and 10 gig by night. Since 1 May i have spent around 6 hours on the phone to various vodacom employees and sent various emails through their website and individual consultants over the course of two weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>By middle May it was determined that my contract had been loaded using the incorrect code, when I finally managed to speak with the person who originally did the upgrade with me telephonically. I was assured this would be resolved and from 1 June the correct data 10 gig by day and 20gig by night would reflect and I would be contacted when it had been done.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sadly Vodacom has gone quiet since and nothing has been done. For a second month I am paying for a contract where I am not receving the agreed upon data and am now tired of wasting my time trying to get hold of you and being transfered from department to department with no resolution or anyone actually delivering on promises of taking ownership of this issue and resolving it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please just sort this out, this is the second bad experience I have had with Vodacom Direct and renewal of contracts in four months and I just have to keep paying even though I am not getting what I have a contract with you to deliver.</p>
