Contract issue
<p>In November 2013 I did a telephonic contract for a cellphone. I need to get the voice recording of this contract and has been trying since March 2014 but with NO response regarding this. The contract I took out was a set amount with sms'e, airtime and data. In February 2014 was phone was blovk due to data usage of +- R4500. Aftere several e-mails and going into vodacom centres I still cant get this as proof that I could not being using more that what my contract stated. Now I've been blacklisted and handed over to debt collectors saying I must first pay and THEN I can request the voice recording. This contract is my proof of what i've app**** for. Pleaase assist. The number in used the was ********** 000 </p>

01 Nov 2016, 06:58A week after I logged the complaint Alphino from Vodacom called me. Promised to come back to me and send me my contract. This is 2 months down the line. I am getting sms daily and phone calls daily regarding this account. I NEED A COPY OF MY VERBAL CONTRACT STATING THAT I TOOK OUT A SET CONTRACT. MEANING THAT IF YOUR DATA AND AIRTIME IS FINISH YOU HAVE TO TOP IT UP. Ho w can I used then R4 500 of data within 2 months??? i need this been sorted out asap! Vodacom owes me an axplenation and a copy of my contract to proof my rights!!!

I've been a client since cell phone came out and this is how they treats me. up until now still NO response after Alphino called AND promised to come back to me!. Where to from now????? This is been almost 3 years now!!!! I just need a copy of my contract!!!! Maybe I should go to the newspapers

And NO one is willing to provide me with a copy of my verbal contract!!! This is almost 3 years that I've been trying to sort this out. I will be going to all newspapers after this week. vodacom refuse to come to the party!
