contract is not gonna change

please note that i was called by the lady called dalimkhize from rewards company on behalve of vodacom for migration than she told me they only gonna change my data bundles and sms bundles from wat i get now to R400 because i spend lot off money from that i can convert it to data but now when i check my balance from.my vodacom app like she sad nothing its gonna change and now i see that the is difference off R400 that is addes and she sad that to me nothing is going to be added on top so i feel.like i have ******* by this lady.....so please i dnt want anything again please let us stick to the contract i have with vodacom and cancell this migration seems like dalimkhize *****ed me because she sad that nothing is going to change the balance i always pay wil.b the same but now its been increased
