CONTRACT IS INACTIVE ??? UPGRADE IS DONE

<p>After a phone call when the data is not uploaded as normal on my contract...After upgrade was done on the Internet and approved the phone was not delivered, the contract is not working, phone number change was done in the vodacom shop at woodlands mall, no phone call...lets see how good is the VODACOM SERVICE?
