Contract is ****

I started a new contract a few months ago that gave me 1GB of data and R200 airtimepm. It has been running for 3 months now and first month it started, I recieved half of this. I escalated matter and Voda rectified this . Great... I thought was over, then next month same thing happened but worse, I bought my 1GB but only had R93 leftover for airtime. Now this month I buy my data and only had around R50 leftover. It seems to be getting worse..... Voda- I really cant handle having to escalate this every month and quite frankly since this contracted started you have been cheating me out what we agreed. To make it easier for us all,and as far as i am aware with consumer protection act, I have the right to cancel this contract now as I am not getting what I am paying for and agreed. I dont have time to escalate this each month like this. Please cancel this contract with immediate effect. thank you

I have recieved some text messages saying I must check my itemised billing as made calls and bought data... really is that how you guys are going to communicate around this matter? Read my issue properly. The agreement (listen to sales call) was R350pm airtime which I must use R150 to buy 1GB and then have R200 for airtime leftover. On the first I buy the data and have little airtime over... me thinks your sales advisor **** about the contract they gave me?...?

What do you mean feedback has been provided? No one has called me or sorted this out? just a text message to say I must check my itemised billing ...OMG if you guys are going to handle it like this I will go straight to Ombudsman... I would also like a copy of the sales call as my proof I am being ********** here, how do I go about getting this?

This is the last request I amking.!!!!! I posted this on 4 September and still no call from you guys. I want this escalated to the CEO office. I want this contract cancelled with immediate effect. I have also cancelled the debit. I am within my right to have this cancelled if you are not honouring your side of the deal. I was sold 1 GB and R200 airtime pm for R150pm. I initially assumed that the 1GB would be automatically added and left with R200 airtime. This was not the case and when I contacted you, I was advised that I will get R350 airtime which I could use the R150 airtime to buy the 1GB and would need to do this manually every month. 3 months later I have never recieved this amount. I escalated before and you credited my account with airtime, but the last 2 months I have not got my full amount. 2 months ago I bought my 1GB of data and was only left with R93. Last month I was only left with R54. I receieved a text saying I made calls on these days which I find hard to believe I made calls for over R100 on the same day I bought the data which is the 1st of every month. On the first I check my airtime balance before I do anything. For past 3 months it has never been R350 to start the month. Listen to the sales call for what I was sold!!!!!! I have now had to use my own money for last 2 months to topup because you guys have giving me short of what was agreed which has not been enough. I expect these costs to also be reimbursed.... I am sick and tired of witing these messages now. I want this sent to CEO NOW as this is *******!!!!!!! I was prepared to sort this out back in day but you guys have handled this so poorly out of principle I will not return to Voda ever again. I want this contract cancelled and i am going to move elsewhere. This service is unacceptable I have been a client for nearly 10 years but you have ruined that now.
