Contract installment changes
I've had previously had 2 contract with Vodacom, both 24 months and paid one instalment for the both terms. The latest contract is 36 months but within the first 2 years, the contract installment has increased 3 times, I asked for the contract I signed where it states that the contract is a flexible one but I was told it's not available and I must go to the store. It's really disappointing that a big company such as vodacom can take advantage of loyal customers in such manner. At the end of this contract I'm migrating my number

This should have been discussed upfront, I'm used to a fixed tariff and when took out the contract I was never told about any tariff plan increases. It's even worse because nobody called to explain all this, I just received an sms to say the tariff will increase. The problem is not really that there was an increase, it's the trust factor that's missing from origination to after sales communications.
