Contract inquiry

Hi, I'm very disappointed with their service, I made an inquiry of a Contract Cellphone and they called and explained that I have a good credit score and they have created a profile for me though I only qualify for a much less deal and offered a different product which I was not interested in. I was recommended by a colleague of their service though I was not impressed.
