**** contract initiated

I don't understand how Vodacom would partner with **** companies like "Like Minds". They opened a contract without my acknowledgment. The worse part is that Vodacom went to create an order without any of my documents, No ID copy, no payslip, no proof of address. I hate how such big companies make such rookie mistakes and we end up being victims of ****s. I even feel the POPI acts standards are not even followed when it comes such.

Vodacom continues to send me messages of delivery of something I did not sign up for or request. What Vodacom and their service providers are doing is *****. I will not accept that cellphone. So please don't waste your time. I will also report this further cause this is harassment.

After I have kindly asked Vodacom to stop the process of a phone delivery I did not order. Vodacom goes ahead to fast track the order to today. I called Skynet that i will not accept that cellphone. I did not sign a contract with Vodacom. Vodacom are in on the **** as much as Like Minds. They are aware of the ***** but still goes ahead with the process of issuing me with a cellphone contract I did not order. For such a big company I'm disappointed if that's way you win your customers over with **** deals like that...
