Contract Increase & Unable to use data
Got a new phone 3 months ago - every week or two I have to reset my network settings because I can't do anything that requires data even though I have enough data left. This results in ALL my wifi settings also being removed. I sent an email but get no reply. I also asked the reasoning behind the SMS we received that the subscription will just increase - I signed a contract for a specific period on a certain price - you can't just change it. If that is the way you want to be come and take the phone and cancel the contract.
Dont phone me send me an email.
