Contract? I think not

Customer Service is non-existent - I wanted to upgrade my line in April with the VSP call centre, and after many bad experiences/delays I asked them to cancel the deal. I was then contacted by a Customer Care agent who promised to add 1Gb data to my line free of charge to retain my business. Now 6 months later, there is no more data and I am told that it was a "limited offer that would expire after 6 months" - for this I have requested a copy of my contract, as it was never mentioned at the time (I wouldn't have agreed to a limited offer and rather have gone with the competition)

I have sent 5 e-mail requests for a copy of my contract and have been in contact with the Call centre every other day for the last 2 weeks. I am starting to think that there is no contract, and no customer service whatsover
