contract given and taken away

I took out a new contract with the phone in vodacom branch, phone was delivered, vetting was done and now when i want to activate my number they say their system had a error and i cannot have my contract and they are sending somebody to collect their phone. Do this sound right to u!!! I can pay the contract now they want to take it back no way!!!!<br> <br> please assist me somebody, nobody calls me back even. The lady was nompobelo
