It all started when when i visited vodacom in lifestyle centre in Tzaneen looking for a phone on the 17th of August where i took a Huawei P8 white in color. While busy processing my contract the sales lady told me they didnt have simcard instore but she will make a plan to make sure that i get the simcard. The problem started when i wanted to use my old number bu i was told i cant as i have another contract with them which i didnt understand. So i couldnt use 2 numbers of the same network so i decided to return the phone on the 19th of August I was assisted by the very same sales lady who took me through the whole process and to my surprise I didn't get any letter nor notification on my phone about the cancellation of the contract. When I asked her I was told that that is the new system and if they don't call it means everything is okay. I was not convinced but I had to go with what she said. On the 31st I got a call from sales lady that I should contract Vodacom contract department which I did and I was told I have a contract with them and nothing was cancelled. I called the store again to ask what was going on and I was sent from pillar to post. On the 1st of September I went to the store again where I spoke to the Store manager who again confirmed that there is a new system but he can assure me that the phone was returned and that follow up will be made with the relevant department and I will be contacted within 48hours and I waited for days.

The manager got back to the that everything is sorted and i dont need to pay a cent as i returned the phone within .Come the 15th of september R547.86 was deducted from my account. I contacted vodacom who advised me to go to the shop enquire about the debit order. I was sent from pillar to post from the sales lady to maanger who told me endless stories till he admitted that he doesnt know what to do anymore. I wnet to bank and reversed the money as there is no valid explanation from vodacom. As a customer i feel that my rights have been violated by vodacom and its *********** employees.I keep on getting messages on how i owe vodacom and i get charged 70% on charges now i am standing on R700. I spent money on airtime trying to get to the bottom of this but no one seems to know how to resolve my querry. There is something fishy in that branch and their service sucks.
