Contract ***** at Vodacom, watch out!

My contract ended with Vodacom in September, yet they continued to deduct and now stating im in arrears, when they did not do there job properly, i tried rectifying it by contacting there head offices and visiting the branch, Branch is useless and call centre just drops the line.
