Contract ***** and I'd ***** with vodacom

Ive experienced ***** with vodacom . They upgraded my contract without me signing for it. They told me they don't do any verifications accept I'd book sow someone came wth the ***** I'd and do the upgrade. question is how did the person know that I'm due for upgrade. That person doesnt even have the simcard that simple means we not safe wen we apply for contract becouse people will do the duplicate of your I'd and vodacome will accept that without verifying the first I'd on application. Vodacom northgate they even refuse to show me fotage of the person who came inn like they said. Wen looking at that contract its shows 2 different signatures on it. How can thy accept tht aswell its 2 different handwritten. I've asked them to closed the contract bt they said I mst sent the documents I've sent them.bt they came back to me asking for the same documents. Vodacom please
