Contract expired and wrong debit order date

For the past few months i have been hours on the line being sent from pillar to post.Wasting time and money calling to change mt debit order date to the 25th of each month.I even visited Thd Glen and Southgate no help .I was just told doery we cannot help you call the call centre. The teo contract phones were ****** and cannot call on that 082 number from the lanline .The number 1023 provides just rings and the call drops.I habe been told that the debit order date is changed and also the contract would expire soon.I am still being debited on the wrong date and if there are no funds i pay dishonour fees that are way more than the contract amount and also it affects my credit rating.I dont know whst more to do.I give up.
