Contract ended but no contact made

<p>I have 2 contracts with vodacom that ended in May and in June, they didnt contact me or have the courtesy to contact me to ask me if I want to continue with the contract they just carried on debiting me, at least call customers and tell them that your contract has ended, can we continue on a month to month basis or would you like the option of cancelling, after two years of bieng in a contract how do we remember that the contract is ending, now I have been debited for June and July, which is two month of a contract that ended. It is *******, I would like a refund as of the date that my contract ended </p>
