Contract

My husband bought a laptop as gift for our son. It was a contract which you pay 200 pm. Now it came with a 3500 voucher where u can redeem any HP products and get 500 off, the products include 365 MS Office. Apparently we wanted to redeem 365 ms office and only to find that the voucher was due to expire in October but we bought the laptop in November.

I don't know iif i am dum but how is it possible that you buy tha laptop in November 2019 but the due date for the voucher is October 2019. We didn't open it bcoz it was a gift for him because he passed and it was a surprise. We trying to sought this issue but we're being thrown from pillar to post.. The voucher calls PH and we send emails to them to hlp us the email is not valid, we went to Vodacom eastgate but they say we must go to where we bought it.
