Contract dispute

Vodacom the response below is from your store in centurion. Please explain to me how I was supposed to have disputed this 2 years ago when on paper I signed for 24 months. But only discovered now after 24 months that this contract was 36 months because you continued to bill. I refuse to continue paying for something I never signed for. Why must I be held responsible for your stores mistake. If anything the store needs to cover the additional 12 months not me.

'I am emailing in regards to your Query for the 24/36 month contract you singed for in my store, Vodacom has refused to amend the remainder of the 12 months left on the contract and you were APPROVED for that contract and you signed for it. It has been 2 years already and it is way to late for us to change or amend anything in regards to this.'

Dear Eurisha,
Thank you for the time and effort taken to voice your dissatisfaction to our office. It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation.

Our records indicate that the contract is a 36 month deal and not 24 months. You will need to take this matter up directly with the store manager.

Regards,
Vodacom Consumer Website Team

Best regards,

EC

Vodacom I am really shocked that this is how you deal with clients. This is your brand and it is your responsibility to make sure your franchises honor their agreements. If this is your stance then I am handing this over to the ombudsman. This is crazy that you expect me to pay for something I never signed for. What's legally binding is what I have in my piece of paper not what's on your system.
