Contract dishonoured

I signed for a contract with an attractive deal on the 3rd of February after providing ALL the documents requested. On the 8th of February i was told i needed to provide more documents 5 days after i had provided the requested documents. This i did on the same day being the 8th of February even though it wasa Sunday. I was shocked that ALL the documents were not requested first time as I cannot be the first applicant for a cellphone contract! I was told on the 9th my contract was approved. On the 10th when i went to collect my phone i was told the deal expired on the 8th/7th of February. I politely advised the lady that this was not my problem as it was not highlighted to me and i had provided ALL the documents well before the 7th/8th of February. To date i have been waiting for the deal i signed for on the 3rd of February to be honoured with no result. I get told that they are enquiring with those who load deals to see what can be done. I really am bemused by the service of such a highly recognised and respectable brand. Suffice to say i am really disappointed in the service provided by Vodacom. As at 16 February my matter is still unresolved and i am still using a borrowed phone!
