Contract device delivery

Absolutely **** when it comes to the delivery of a new device ! Sorted out my application for a contract and was confirmed , before confirming I asked if I’d be able to receive my device by friday as their delivery times state 3-5 working days and friday would be the 5th day because i’m leaving the country. I was reassured ( clearly so i’d follow through and go through with the application).

It is now thursday ( day 4 ) and I haven’t heard anything from them regarding delivery! I’ve been calling back and forth , they’re blaming skynet. Called Skynet and they’ve told me that vodacom hasn’t even delivered the device to them yet. Only then can they send the device out for delivery.

So Vodacom is clearly so ***********! Their delivery timeframe is clearly bullsh*t so I wouldn’t recommend them for online orders. They’re quick to pass the blame for their false information.

the call centre however , is very helpful with the limited information they have.
